How long does a website take to build?
Starter sites can go live within 48 hours once we have your content. Business builds usually take 10–14 days, and Premium projects with a shop or custom features take two to four weeks. We agree a timeline up front, so you always know where things stand.
Do I own the website once it's built?
Yes — completely. The domain, the code and the content are all yours. We don't lock you into our hosting or hold anything back. Move it anywhere, whenever you like.
What if I don't like the first design?
That's what the revision stage is for. Starter includes two rounds; Business and Premium include unlimited revisions until it's right. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
Do I need to provide the words and photos?
You can supply your own, or we'll help write the content and source good-quality imagery. Either way you'll get a simple list of exactly what's needed and when.
What about hosting and the domain?
We set up fast, reliable hosting and your domain for you. It typically costs £5–15 a month, paid directly to the provider rather than to us, so there's no mark-up and no lock-in.
